    杭州随想。。。

    烧一壶好茶,坐在西湖边上,半樽对月,古人所谓的平湖秋月夜就是这个感觉吧。。。
    杭州的夜,难得的清静,远处灯火阑珊的小楼隐约传来淡淡的丝竹声。。。
    古往今来的浙商们在生意场上的精明和老道是很有考究的,这几天跟几个浙商打交道,很有体会的。。。
    望西湖,背山环岛,抱柳成荫,极品的风水宝地。。。
    究竟是西湖让杭州越夜越有味道,还是杭州人让西湖越夜越有味道。。。谁来考究,都付笑谈了罢~

    茶品~
    暮春,又是新茶飘香的时节,品茶就成了时尚。先不说它的颜色、清香、形态,单就西湖龙井、黄山毛峰、庐山云雾、洞庭碧螺春…………这些优雅的茶名,眼前便有了一幅充满诗情的画卷,人也会有些醉意,难怪古人将茶与琴棋书画诗酒
    合称为七件雅事,还发明了一套由温壶、烫杯、洗茶、炮茶、翻杯、敬茶、闻香到
    品茶的繁复程序,美其名曰:茶趣。苏东坡说得还有意思一些:“从来佳茶似佳人”。
    “茗爱佳花饮,诗看素卷载”,“煮茗对清花弄琴好知音”,在文化人那里,饮茶是一种心情,一种文化。对于老百姓来说,饮茶是饮不出诗的,当然更出不了美人,他们也不会管那些东西。茶只不过是与柴米油盐酱醋凑在一起的生活必须品罢了,就是白居易说的“食罢一觉醒,起来两盅茶”的那个茶。因此,他们也犯不着花时间去品。
    品茶是又讲究的,一般是先观茶形,趁热闻香,再尝其味。待要饮时,一杯茶又须分三口喝,第一口试茶温,第二口品茶香,第三口才是饮茶。甲茶入口,茶汤
    在口中回旋,顿觉口鼻生香。毛峰的鲜醇爽口,碧螺春的清和鲜甜,云雾的香馨醇厚,龙井的香郁味甘,一切尽在不言中。
    平生好茶,闲来喜陋室静坐,捧名著,听名乐,品名茶。清苦的茶汁留香齿间,心思常常会从一片茶叶跑到满是茶园的大自然中去,清除烦意,心灵复归宁静
    ,品味出些茶外的人生韵味。有朋友来,沏茶小恬,虽不如酒后意气风发,却能带来一片祥和,使主客双方曲尽情意,谈艺论道,友谊象茶,也越品越浓。
